Use your Drake Bank mobile banking app to deposit checks and save a trip to the bank. It is an easy, secure, and convenient way to manage your money from your mobile device.

How It Works


Deposit a Check

  1. Write ‘For Mobile Deposit Only’ and endorse the back of the check
  2. Log in to your Drake Bank Mobile Banking app
  3. Select the ‘Deposits’ tab and then ‘Deposit a Check’
  4. Select the account you want to deposit the funds into and enter the check amount
  5. Select ‘Take Photos’ and follow the image guidelines for the front and back of the check
  6. Confirm the information is correct and select ‘Make Deposit’
  7. Keep the check for 15 days after depositing to ensure it is fully processed
  8. ‘VOID’ and securely destroy the check

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, it is recommended that you take the check photos in a well-lit area on a dark background. You should also flatten any folds or creases and ensure the entire check is visible.

When taking the photo, keep your camera steady to ensure a clear and focused image. Follow any prompts and tips in the app to ensure the image is accepted.

For consumer accounts, you can make five mobile deposits per day with a daily limit of $2,500. On a monthly basis, you can make 60 mobile deposits with a limit of $5,000.

For business accounts, authorized users can make five mobile deposits per day with a daily limit of $5,000. On a monthly basis, 60 mobile deposits can be made with a $20,000 limit.

If your business needs a higher limit, Remote Deposit Capture may better meet your business needs.

Mobile deposits made before 7:00 PM CST, Monday – Friday, are generally available on the first business day after the day of deposit. However, in some cases, funds may take longer before they are available. Our standard check holds apply. Please refer to our Funds Availability Disclosure for more details; this was provided at account opening.

Mobile deposits made after 7:00 PM CST on a non-business day or federal holiday will be processed on the next business day, and availability may be delayed accordingly.
