Yes, if you do not reply to the Fraud Text Alert message within 15 minutes, we will attempt to call you at the phone number(s) listed on file with the Bank. Additionally, if you do not have an active mobile phone number on file at the Bank, we will call you at the phone number(s) on file to verify the transaction.
Please note that text messages and phone calls are only sent between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time, based on the debit card’s zip code. If a charge occurs after 9 p.m., you will not receive a text until after 8 a.m. the following day. In some cases, your card may be blocked from further use until you can be contacted; however, you can reach us 24/7 at (833) 735-1892 if you have any issues with your card.
